Emergency Info

The City of Novi has initiated an Emergency Hotline at 248-735-5680.
The phone line will be used only during an emergency and will keep community members apprised of any pertinent information.

Emergency Relief Center

In the event of an emergency, the City of Novi will distribute bottles of water and other relief materials at designated relief centers set up across the city.  Turtle Creek residents will be supported at the District #5 Relief Center, which will be established at Village Oaks Elementary School, 23333 Willowbrook Road, Novi, Michigan.  Click here to see the map of Novi’s Emergency Relief Centers.

Novi has set up a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program to train volunteers within the city to organize themselves and other volunteers in a disaster situation when professional responders may not be immediately available to help.  To date, it appears that no one from Turtle Creek has graduated from the program.  If you are interested in joining the CERT team, apply here.
